Where & When

Bootcamps are held at the College Rifles Sports Club grounds, 33 Haast St Remuera, Auckland.
Meet on the left side of the driveway under the white roof, beside the Rugby Fields.

Bootcamp Dates:
Every Tuesday and Thursday 7am :
February Intake = Feb 14th, 16th, 20th, 23rd, 28th, Mar 1st.
(PLEASE NOTE: if you choose to do this Intake you must START THE MEAL PLAN on Mon 13th Feb).

March Intake = Mar 20th, 22nd, 27th, 29th,April 3rd, 5th.
(PLEASE NOTE: if you choose to do this Intake you must START YOUR MEAL PLAN on Mon 19th Mar)

Do I have to be fit to be there?

Everyone in the group will be challenged according to their individual fitness level no matter if you already workout regularly or your trainers have just been sitting in the closet for years. After all the objective is to lose weight and learn more about how to keep it off with fitness habits.

I have to miss a session or I am sick

Because this is a short block intensive training bootcamp in line with your 21 day Reduce Me Program, if you miss a session you will not be able to make it up later. We start out at a Starter exercise level and progress in order for you to challenge yourself and succeed in the total weightloss Program. Anyway it is only 3 weeks of commitment for a lifetime of you feeling better about yourself !

What if it is raining?

The Bootcamp continues rain or shine. Part of the area used is under cover anyway for those really bad days.

I have a medical condition or injury ?

Our trainers will change the exercises based on the condition or injury, just let them know at the start of the bootcamp & on the health and fitness questionnaire. If it's a medical condition you need to ask your doctor first, as with any exercise for the first time.

What do I need to bring and wear?

Comfortable Training shoes, shorts or track pants and a tee shirt is fine. Bring a bottle of water as it's important to keep your body hydrated during sessions.

I'm a little Nervous!

There is no need to be, this will be an amazing experience, you have fun, work hard and meet great people all the while making a lasting, positive impact on your health and well being.
